19 Apr 2009Great new report from the folks at Pew Internet Center on how mobile—phones, iphones, PDA—are pulling all us more deeply into a wireless world of interactivity.
I stood in line for five minutes at Walgreens yesterday waiting to pick up a prescription. Instinctively I pulled out my PDA and started checking e-mail, Twitter, the Twins score…Yes it’shappening and mobile customer experience will be a major focus of marketing and sales organizations:
